The November 7, 2006 flood
This is my friend Teryl's place. The river that you see wasn't there before the November 7th 2006 flood of the Puyallup River. The levy broke up stream. also just past the hot tub was a 1967 Ford Galaxy that Teryl was restoring. As you can see it is no longer there. The river took it away and it hasn't been seen since.
Here is another shot of the new river.
The bucket over the pipe you see is his well. It is now in the river. Also the river is really raging right through here.
The far side of the picture is where the river use to be. Now it is flowing like a creek.
